1. Legal Protection: Your IP, Always Yours
Before any data transfer, we provide a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We assume full legal responsibility for all client data. We explicitly commit that 100% of the intellectual property rights for original CAD files, optimized models, and final simulation reports belong to the client.
2. Technical Safeguards: Bank-Grade Encryption
We employ SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption sitewide to ensure secure data transmission. We utilize enterprise-grade cloud storage with ISO 27001 and SOC2 certifications. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256, and access is managed under the "Principle of Least Privilege."
3. Operational Process: Controlled Data Lifecycle
We establish independent, encrypted boards and folders for each client to ensure physical isolation. Upon project delivery, original CAD files will be removed from the workspace within 30 days. If you terminate your subscription, all raw data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 90 days.
